References to “you,” “customer,” or “user” refer to any person accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing our products.

You agree to use the ÉCLAT website only for lawful purposes.

6. Inspired Fragrances & Trademarks
Where a product is described as being inspired by, similar in style to, or referencing another fragrance, such references are provided only to help customers understand the general fragrance profile.
ÉCLAT is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the owners of third-party fragrance brands or trademarks unless expressly stated otherwise.
All third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
7. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
We may change prices, promotions, or offers from time to time.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors.
8. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple discount codes cannot be combined on the same order.

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs, available destinations, and estimated delivery periods may vary depending on the customer's location and the selected delivery service.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
14. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it reaches a stage where cancellation is no longer operationally possible, such as after it has been handed to the shipping company or dispatched.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if fulfillment or shipping has already progressed.
If the website provides a cancellation option in the customer account, its availability may depend on the current order status.
15. Returns & Refunds
ÉCLAT products are sold as final sale, subject to applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different product, please contact us promptly with your order information and supporting photographs where appropriate so that we can review the issue.
